摘    要:随着新课程改革的进一步实施,教师的专业化发展面临极大的挑战。受内、外因的影响,农村青年教师在这条道路上发展困难重重。要想突出重围,青年教师应努力提高职业道德、教育技能、学科专业知识、教育专业知识等素质,农村学校也要搭建一个良好的平台,促进青年教师的专业化成长。

Abstract:With the further implementation of curriculum reform, the professional development of teachers is faced with great challenge. By the internal, external factors, the rural young teachers, in this way, is difficult to develop. To break through a tight encirclement, young teachers should make efforts to improve the occupation moral, educational skills, professional knowledge and professional knowledge of education quality. The rural schools must build a good platform to promote the young teachers' professional development.
