| 摘 要： | 作为培养高素质人才的重要基地,高校在社会发展中具有举足轻重的地位。如何降低退学率,提高人才培养质量是高校亟待解决的问题。本文对导致学生退学的原因进行了深入的分析,并且探讨了降低退学率的对策与措施,以便为相关管理部门解决退学问题提供一定的建议与帮助。
