| 摘 要： | 高校是传播知识的第一阵地,高校必须以建设学习型党支部为目标,不断提高党员的整体素质,永葆共产党员的先进性。学习型党支部的创建主要应从几个层面下工夫：党员要树立终身学习观念,党支部要构建学习机制、教育机制,要挖掘其所在高校的优势资源打造自身的特色,使党员队伍在浓厚的学习氛围中真正获取符合各自需求的知识。
