力竭运动后大鼠大脑皮层和下丘脑组织中毛细血管超微结构的定量研究

摘    要:
通过力竭运动模型,应用SigmaSan Pro图像分析软件对安静时、运动后即刻、运动后6小时和24小时时大鼠皮层和下丘脑组织中毛细血管的超微结构进行了定量计算。结果发现:力竭运动引起组织内毛细血管管腔发生明显的变化;24小时后其形态基本恢复到运动前水平。此外数据显示力竭运动后皮层和下丘脑组织毛细血管管腔的变化情况不同,我们认为两个脑组织中毛细血管的疲劳和恢复有所不同。

A Quantitative Study on the Capillaries Ultrastructure of Cortex and Hypothalamus after Exhaustive Exercise in Rats
Abstract:
The capillary ultrastructure of the cortex and hypothalamus in the rats have respectively measured morphologically in the control group, after exhaustive exercise group, 6 hour after exhaustive exercise group and 24 hour after exhaustive exercise group by using SigmaScan Pro image analysis software. The results show that: the capillaries' ultrastructure of the cortex and hypothalamus obviously varied during recovery after the exhaustive exercise and the cavity compactness of the capillaries was maximally changed after exhaustive exercise as well as the perimeter rate of cavity and vein of capillary, but different between the cortex and hypothalamus during recovery after exercise. This paper suggests that the recovery mechanisms of the capillaries between the cortex and hypothalamus may be different.
