| Abstract: | This paper aims to solve the problems faced by domestic enterprises with multi-department when developing a balanced scorecard system.It focuses on the problems in the aspects of strategic focus,the installation of four parts,and indicators when a domestic multi-department enterprise develops a balanced scorecard.Some solutions are proposed finally. |
