| 摘 要： | 高校开展党风廉政与行风建设民主评议活动是贯彻落实党风廉政建设责任制的重要举措，其作用在高校党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争中日渐凸显，本对高校开展党风廉政与行风建设民主评议活动的目的意义。操作程序及必须注意抓好的几个环节等进行了较系统的阐述和探讨。

| Abstract: | Democratically appraising the CPC members conduct and the officials works in the universities is an important action of carrying out the responsibility system of building an honest and clean party as well as government. It is playing an increasingly important role in the construction and anti - corruption struggle in the universities. The paper systematically discourses the purpose, the meanings, the procedure and some sectors needing more attention of the appraisement activities. |
