| 摘 要： | 大学科技服务社会,在中国有其特殊的含义。高校产业在中国的产生和发展,一方面表明了高校企业本身是大学技术转移的一种重要方式,是高科技产业化的主要载体;另一方面,它也进一步凸显了大学,尤其是研究型大学在社会经济发展中的重要作用。本文结合清华大学校有企业的发展,探究了高校科技企业与学校的产学互动循环关系,充分肯定了校有企业在中国高校产学互动中的推动作用。

| Abstract: | There is a unique meaning for university's technological service to society in China.University spin-off represents not only a key means of university technology transfer and commercialisation,but also an important contribution of the research university to social and economic development.This article reviews the emergence and development of university spin-off industry,analyses university-industry interaction mechanism,and evaluates the role of spin-off in promoting university-industry interaction. |
