Abstract: | This paper examines the effects of learning on the aging process. The thesis is advanced that learning slows down specific aspects of aging and its side-effects. Starting from a clarification of the concepts of "aging" and "learning," this thesis is confirmed on the basis of empirical studies for basic processes of aging and its side effects. |
