| Abstract: | Teachers professionalism is the logical starting point for the construction of teaching staff in primary and high schools in every country in the new century.Teacher professionalism includes not only teachers' professional knowledge and ability but also teachers' professional spirit,which is called teachers' virtue.This paper attempts to explain that teachers' virtue in the context of teachers professionalism.Teachers' virtue is the most essential reflection of teachers profession as well as the motive power and soul for the development of teachers professionalism. |
