| 摘 要： | 本文首先对"碧溪之路"进行了考察,认为"碧溪之路"即是苏南模式形成之路.通过对"碧溪之路"、常熟市乡镇企业两轮产权制度改革及4个企业由小作坊到现代企业的发展历程的阐述和剖析,窥视了苏南模式的形成过程与内涵,以及向现代企业制度转换的动因.

| Abstract: | This paper examines the so called "Road of Bixi" which, the author maintains, stands for the rise of the Southern Jiangsu mode. It analyzes the "Road of Bixi", explains two rounds of reform of property rights in township enterprises in Changshu, and describes transformation of four small workshops into modern enterprises. Thus, the author attempts to catch a glimpse of the course and motives of the development of the Southern Jiangsu mode, and discusses implications of this phenomenon. |
