| Abstract: | The author puts forward the few-new task and systemic project of the statistical culturual construction ,that which is related to many aspects. It was because statistical cultural construction could not be paid enough attention that we hold blurry ideas on it, researeh getting on rather slowly, action had been hesitant. The author discusses how to improve the understanding of statistical cultural construction and puts forward the method of accelerating the statistical cultural construction |
