知识管理若干典型研究方法

现有研究中还没有专门探讨知识管理研究方法的论文,也缺少知识管理研究方法的分类体系。为了弥补这个空白,并且起到抛砖引玉的效果,本文采用文献计量的方法,对2007至今中国期刊全文数据库收录的核心期刊上的知识管理论文所使用的方法进行了统计。知识管理的方法丰富多彩,难以穷尽,本文重点分析了构建模型、案例研究、调查研究、共词分析、知识图谱、模糊综合评价法、人工神经网络等方法。通过研究发现,一种研究方法往往不是孤立使用的,而是与其它一种或几种研究方法综合起来使用的。

Several Typical Research Methods of Knowledge Management

There is no essays specifically exploring the research methods and the classification system of research methods in the Existing research of Knowledge Management.To compensate for this gap and play the effect of forward,this paper uses Bibliometric method studying knowledge management papers in core journals of Chinese Journal Full-text Indexed database from 2007 to present.The methods of Knowledge Management are so many to enumerate,then this paper focuses on the Modeling,case studies,research,second-hand data analysis such as co-word analysis and Mapping Knowledge Domain,and knowledge management performance evaluation methods such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The study found that a research method is often not used in isolation,but together with one or several other research methods.
