| 摘 要： | 基于知识转移及图书馆知识转移内涵的分析,针对知识转移自始至终贯穿于信息咨询服务中不同服务方式,构建了其知识转移模式,指出通过咨询馆员隐性知识显性化及图书馆知识库,进行有效的知识转移,实现读者的知识增值服务。

| Abstract: | Based on the connotation of knowledge transfer and library knowledge transfer,this paper discussed the different services in the reference and built the knowledge transfer model.It also pointed out that the librarian tacit knowledge and library knowledge base could make effective knowledge transfer and realize the reader’s value-added knowledge services. |
