| 摘 要： | 本文针对云计算行业相关技术进行深入的专利分析,目的在于摸清国内外云计算行业中的技术发展状况和趋势,并为云计算行业内技术的顺利实施提供专利策略和专利布局建议。本文对云计算技术的总体趋势、专利区域分布、重点专利技术、法律状态和云计算服务模式等做了全面的剖析。从中可了解该领域技术领先国家,重点公司及其技术。为我国云计算云计算专利战略提出发展建议。

| Abstract: | This paper made patent intelligence analysis for key technologies on Cloud Computing,Aimed to find out the Technology Development Status and Trends of cloud computing in the world,while the suggestions and solutions were proposed for patent utilizing strategy and overall layout in this field.The patent General Tendency,provincial and national distribution,key patents,legal status,service model were analyzed to explore the competition status of Chinese cloud computing field.Finally,some development proposals were put forward. |
