| 摘 要： | 在法学教学中,应以法学理论教学为基础和核心,案例教学为必要辅助,两者紧密结合,互为补充。理论教学不能以“够用”作为标准：案例教学也应根据需要而选择适用的典型案例,从而找到理论与实践的最佳结合点。

| Abstract: | The thesis thinks,in the teaching of 1aw,the law theory teaching should closely combine with case teaching,the theory teaching is the basis and the case teaching is the necessary assistance.It is not enough to take"enough"as the standard in the theoretical teaching.Proper cases should be chosen according to the need in the case teaching.in order that we can find the best combination between the theory and practice. |
