示范教学形式化倾向与解决对策

摘    要:基础教育公开示范教学中出现学生表演性课堂,这种形式化的示范教学会对课程改革与实施造成误导。产生这一问题的原因在于教师对教学活动以及新课程理念的认识不足。为了消除这种形式化倾向,应当给教师提供有效的理论学习方式,培养教师的教学反思意识.发挥教学评价的导向功能。

Abstract:Asking the students to do sole performances in classroom is a misguiding policy in the process of basic education. This is a formalistic tendency of exemplary, public teaching method and may do harm in implementing the reformation in school education. The reason of this phenomenon lies on the lack of a clear understanding of the new instruction idea. To overcome this inclination, teachers must be effectively promoted by theoretical study, well-organized classroom activity, and frequent self-examination. Teaching method evaluation must also be brought into full play.
