摘    要:新课程的实施是我国基础教育战线一场深刻的变革,目的是全面推进素质教育。对于教师来说,改革可能意味着心理定势、工作方式、竞争方式的改变,也可能意味着评价标准的不确定和利益关系的不平衡,不论是哪种情况,改革都会成为教师压力的重要来源。教师要想办法适应课改的发展,增强自我心理调节的意识,不断提高自己的专业水平,这样才有可能缓解新课程改革带来的压力。

Abstract:The application of the New Curriculum Standards brings a great change to our country's basic education,targeting at all-quality education.However,it also creates a lot of changes and challenges for teachers,including changes of psychological orientation,working style,competition as well as some aspects of inequality,which piles up pressure on teachers.To tackle the problem,teachers should readjust themselves psychologically and improve their professional ability.
