| 摘 要： | 高校信息化建设中,IT外包可以使学校专注于教学、科研以及社会服务,避免聘用大量IT人员,降低IT的总体拥有成本,还可吸收其他高校的先进管理经验。文章分析了高校IT外包的内涵、动因及可能存在的风险,给出了高校IT外包规避风险的措施,强调高校在应用IT外包推进信息化建设时应扬长避短,注重风险管理,提高外包服务质量和成功率。

| Abstract: | IT outsourcing can make high education institutions concentrate on their main business,such as educating,researching and offering services to the society,and also can cut down IT human resource,lower the total cost of IT ownership and offer advanced management experiences of other institutions.This paper analyses the definition,initiatives and risk of IT outsourcing of high education institutions,and gives some advice to manage the risks,improving the quality and success rate and making best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages of IT outsourcing. |
