| 摘 要： | 大学本质上是一种文化机构,承担着重要的文化使命,大学文化可使大学获得比较优势。根据大学文化建设的五个指标:精神文化、物质文化、制度文化、环境文化和办学特色,由模糊数学的基本原理,对大学文化建设水平进行评价,用定性与定量相结合的办法进行大学文化水平评估,为进一步推动大学文化的建设与实践创造理论基础。

| Abstract: | University is essentially a cultural institution and undertakes an important cultural mission . College cultural makes university have comparative advantage . According to the five indicators of college culture construction ：spiritual culture , material culture , institutional culture , environment culture and featured project , this paper uses the basic principle of fuzzy mathematics to evaluate college culture construction , combines qualitative and quantitative method to evaluate college culture . It creates the theoretical basis for further promoting the construction and practice of college culture . |
