| Abstract: | Since the electronic information resources have been a "new pet" of college's library, it should not be neglected how to build the storing system. This paper discusses several basic principles that should be followed in the process of the building of the storing system. The paper argues about some important problems, analyzes the exiting problems and proposes some solutions accordingly. |
