| 摘 要： | 本文通过对新疆典型地区乡村负债的实地调研。分析了新疆乡村负债的债务规模、来源结构以及债务用途。总结了乡村负债的特点，并时乡村负债所产生的影响进行了深刻地剖析，以期有关部门高度关注乡村负债问题，尽快寻求化解债务问题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | By field research of rural debt in typical areas of Xinjiang, this paper analyzes debt scope, origin, structure and usage, and summarizes the characteristic of rural debt. It also profoundly analyzes the influence of rural debt so as to make the relative department pay attention to the rural debt and seek for effective way of resolving the problem as soon as possible. |
