| 摘 要： | 本文认为无论从教育价值的实现,专业培养目标的落实,能力结构的有机构成,还是从适应变动发展的社会的需要考虑,思想政治教育专业学生理论构建能力的培养不仅是必须的,而且针对当今高等教育发展的现实又是十分迫切的.要实现这一目标,必须在提高认识基础上,在坚持务实、专业性、实践性的前提下,坚决修改现有的教学计划,改革考核制度,并在具体的教学实践中积极探索有效的方式方法.
