| 摘 要： | 本针对我国制造业高级技术员工奇缺，但又出现职业院校就业困难的反常现象，通过大量调查研究和实践探索，从社会、学校、学生等多方面，分析了职业院校就业难的成因。同时，从学校教学观念的转变、就业工作机制的重新构建、学生就业竞争能力和择业能力的提高等方面，提出了解决职业院校就业难的对策和方法。
