摘    要:对于少学时理论力学教学,存在教学时间少但教学多、教学工作纠缠于烦琐的理论推演的问题。笔者在教学实践中,尝试通过精简理论的方法来解决这一矛盾。其基本思想是以运动学作为基础,以动力学作为核心,把静力学作为动力学的一类特殊情况,将三个部分统一在牛顿运动定律之上。

Abstract:For the less-hour theoretical mechanics teaching, it is a big problem to finish the course during less time, and one is often involved in the fussiness of theories' deriving. During the teaching, the writer tried to resolve the puzzle by simplifying the theories.The elementary notion is to take the kinematics as a background, the dynamics as a core and the statics as a special case of the dynamics, to unify the three parts to one foundation of the Newton laws of motion.
