| 摘 要： | 以运动疲劳产生机理为依据,阐述了对运动性疲劳的诊断,并运用文献资料法,从不同角度进行分析,认为科学有效的诊断方法有:第一,教育学观察与自我感觉;第二,生理机能测定法;第三,运动医学检查。对疲劳及早诊断可以及时采取措施消除疲劳,从而进一步提高运动成绩。
