| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入，高校高水平运动队建设也进行了一系列改革探索，目前我国高校高水平运动队存在着3种模式：联办型、自办型、混合型。从招生管理、训练管理、专业学习管理、经费管理论述了我国高水平运动队管理体系。
