| Abstract: | Constitution, as the supreme and basic law of the state, is actually neglected frequently in our daily lives. Based on the August 13 th judicial interpretation by the Supreme Court, the paper discusses the strong and weak form of constitution's force-suability and judicial review, and puts forward the view that constitution's life embodies in its application. |
