| Abstract: | In the civil service system in the Chinese history,Bibu is seldom mentioned. But it is an important government organ. Bacause no record gives an account of it, speculation has arisen. Through the textual research,the author points out that Bibu was a legal organ from the Wei Kingdom to the Sui Dynasty,and it became an auditorral organ in the Tang Dynasty. |
