| 摘 要： | 专业教师对大学生职业素质的培养相对于西方国家来说起步较晚,目前普遍停留在表层.因此专业教师对大学生职业素养的培养应该上升到新层次,应运用创新的教学模式让教学服务于职业素质的培养;在授课过程中全程渗透职业素质的培养和就业教育;发挥导师制优势,精心对学生的职业素质进行培养;应正确面对当代大学生的就业价值观并采取相应措施,全面提高对大学生职业素质的培养水平.

| Abstract: | Compared with the western countries,training university students' occupational quality by professional teachers is not full-fledged.It should be promoted to a higher level,with creative pattern of education applied so as to serve occupational education.The teaching should involve occupational quality training and employment education.We should give full play to tutors' role in the training and face the employment value of the students and take countermeasures,comprehensively improving their quality. |
