| Abstract: | Smelt in top-bottom blowing oxygen converter, treated in the ladle with arc blowing and stirring, the inclusions were well controlled by improved ladle refining technology. Performance of the product was achieved through reasonable rehearing, rolling and cool controlling process. The end production of SWRCH18A has eligible mechanical performance and high quality,which can meet requests of consumers. |
