| 摘 要： | 本文首先对知识管理的相关理论进行论述,然后对企业知识的内涵及层次结构进行了分析,并探讨了企业本体在企业知识管理中的应用,最后提出了企业知识过程管理模型,为进一步研究企业知识管理体系以及开发企业知识管理系统打下基础。

| Abstract: | This paper surveys the existing literatures,presents an overview of current state of progress in KM,discusses the connotation of enterprise knowledge and its hierarchy,and analyses the application of enterprise substance in KM.Finally a process model of enterprise knowledge management (EKM)is given.The study lays down the foundation for the further research on the framework of EKM and the development of information system of EKM. |
