| 摘 要： | 刘铭传继承了沈葆桢筹划台湾海防的思想:讲求武备,力主保台;善后筹划,防患于未然;依托大陆,台闽联防;派大员常驻。由于时代、形势的变法,刘铭传的海防思想又有所发展,一是入手点不同,二是布防的重点不同。

| Abstract: | Emphasis of arms, active protection of Taiwan's independence, carfully manouvering and stifling the dangers in future, being relied on the main land and sending permanent high ranks are the inheritance accepted by LU Ming-chuan from SHEN Bao-zheng. Along the course of time, LU Ming-chuan's thought of the coast defence went further and changed in the trems of focusing and defencing place. |
