陕西省农业科技文献资源开发利用对策

通过分析陕西省农业文献资源与利用现状,指出文献利用率不高及目前影响文献开发利用的障碍因素,提出了下述几方面开发利用文献资源建设的意见:(1)强化领导及科研人员的情报意识;(2)建立省农业情报资源中心,形成省、地(市)、县三级情报网,实现全省农业文献资源共享;(3)开发成果文献,加速成果转化;(4)加强农业情报工作;(5)建立有地方特色的农业专题文献数据库;(6)加强对现有情报人才的培训。

Counter measures for Developing and Utilizing the Agricultural Scientific and Technological Document Resources in Shaanxi Province

In this paper the current conditions of the developing and utili-zing of agricultural document resources in Shaanxi are analyzed, the cau-se of the low utilization rate of documents and the factors that influencthe developing and utilizing of the documents are pointed out, and thefollowing constructive suggestions about the developing and ulilizationof documents are posed: (1) Intensify and raising the information cons-ciousness of the 1eading cadres and the science and technical personnel; (2)Build up provincial agricultural information resource centre, forming thethree levels (provincial, prefeetual (city) and county) information networkand realizing the common enjoying of the agricultural document resourc-es in the whole province; (3) Developing the document of scientificachievements and speed up the transforming of achievements; (4) Strengthenthe investigation and research work of agricultural information; (5) Set upthe monographic agricultural document data bank with local characteris-tics; (6) Train, develop and utilize the existing information talents.
