新疆维吾尔族中学语文教师素质的现状与培养

摘    要:将维吾尔族中学语文师资的素质分解为德、识、情、知、能、思、艺、体 8个要素 ,采用问卷调查、分析研究、制定目标等方法 ,确定提高维吾尔族中学语文教师素质的培养对策 ,加强教师的责任感、成就感、荣誉感和紧迫感。

Abstract:In this report, the author makes an analytical study through questionnaires on eight elements of qualities of the Chinese teachers in Uygur Nationality middle schools. The eight elements include virtue, understanding, emotion, knowledge, ability, thoughts, arts and sports. Objectives are set to improve the teachers' qualities in these schools and training policies are suggested based on the study. The author points out teachers should strengthen their sense of responsibility, accomplishment, honor and urgency.
