| 摘 要： | 经济投入不足、教育思想观念及教学质量落后、社会环境和传统文化的负面影响是制约农村普及义务教育的几个主要因素,为了促进农村普及义务教育工作的持续发展,应采取强化教育法制观念、健全教育投资体系、优化师资队伍等有效措施。

| Abstract: | Several factors restricted popularizing country obligation education, such as insufficient investment, backward education ideology and teaching quality, negative effect on social environment and traditional culeure. To promote popularizing country obligation education some methods should be taken. We can strengthen legal system , regulate education investing system and optimize teachers. |
