| 摘 要： | 和谐具有时代性。和谐是人类生存和发展的基本逻辑,是不以人的意志为转移的客观规律。尊重和谐、谋求和谐和实现和谐,既需要科学合理、符合时代逻辑要求的科学理念,也需要相应的实现机制和实现路径。适应时代逻辑的要求,树立科学的和谐理念,造就有效的实现机制和实现路径,是实现和谐发展的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Harmony has the characteristics of its times.Harmony is the basic logic of the survival and development of the human race;it is an objective law independent of man's will.Respecting,pursuing and realizing harmony needs not only scientific and rational ideas in accord with logics of the times,but also corresponding mechanism for and approach to its realization.Adapting to the requirements of the logic of the times,building up a scientific concept of harmony and creating an effective mechanism and route for its realization are the important guarantees of realizing harmonious development. |
