| 摘 要： | 高职学生人格研究具有十分重要的意义。首先应从研究高职学生的心理特征入手,对学生进行人格特征调查与分析,制定切实完善高职学生人格特征的对策,从家庭、学校、社会三个方面入手对学生开展工作,促进高职学生人格的完善。
