| 摘 要： | <局外人>以主人公默尔索的真切感受揭示了意识形态对法律机制本身的干扰使得法律机器成为了世俗观念的专政工具、某种精神暴虐的途径.人们成了无形社会力量的玩物,丧失了思维自由和行动自由并被社会操纵.默尔索试图挣脱这个荒诞社会对他的异化 ,但他对本真追求的"自然人"生活 ,却无法逃脱社会大局早已习以为常的魔框.

| Abstract: | (Outsider)portrays the society in which the legal organizations,influenced by the social ideology,become something of customary dictatorship or spiritual brutality,people turn into plaything of invisible social ideology,losing the freedomof thinking and action.Mooreso,hero of Outsider,attempts to break away with the dissimilation imposed on him by the society but in vain. |
