越轨创新的前因、过程与结果研究

首先研究越轨创新概念的提出及其内涵,分析越轨创新与技术创新、公民组织行为的区别,在此基础上探讨越轨创新的前因、过程和结果,并建立越轨创新的过程模型。最后,基于现有研究,提出越轨创新的管理启示及研究展望。

Research on the Antecedents, Processes and Result of Creative Deviant

Deviant as a social behavior was first proposed by sociologists. This concept has been valued by management scholars, and creative deviant has gradually become a new research direction. In recent years, Chinese scholars have a strong interest in creative deviant, and research literature in the Chinese context is also increasing. In this context, it is necessary to sort out the existing research results of the creative deviant. This paper first studies the concept of creative deviant and its connotation, then analyzes the difference between creative deviant and technological innovation, and civic organizational behavior. On this basis, it discusses the antecedents, processes and results of creative deviant, and constructs a model of creative deviant process. Finally, based on the existing research, the management implications and research prospects of creative deviant are proposed.
