| 摘 要： | 研究了激光半导体器件数学模型，通过构造不变区域和利用Schauder不动点定理，在Dirichlet边界条件下得到了整体光滑解的存在性和唯一性,以及器件尺寸在某一方向适当窄的条件下得到了平衡解的存在性和唯一性。

Global smooth solution and
steady state solution of laser-semiconductor equation |

| Abstract: | This paper is concerned with mathematical model oflaser-semiconductor.By invariant set theory and Schauder fixed point theorem,we get global existence,uniqueness of the smooth solution to the initial-boundary problem which has Dirichlet boundary conditions.If the domain is narrow in one direction, then we get the existence and uniqueness of the steady state solution |
