| 摘 要： | 信息化已成为世界范围内教育现代化建设的标志,一场全球性的教育信息化革命,已在教育的各个领域迅猛地展开。面对急剧变化的世界信息技术发展环境,我国教育信息化发展应在教育信息资源、信息基础设施、教育经费投入、教育资源管理和教师的信息素质等信息环境的诸多方面,加快教育信息化的建设步伐,在日趋激烈的国际竞争中占有主动地位。

| Abstract: | Information has become the symbol of modern educational establishment all over the world. A worldwide e-ducational infonnationalization reform has been spreading in every field of education. Faced with the circumstances under which information technology of the world is developing rapidly, the development of education in China should quicken the step of establishing educational infonnationalization to occupy a leading place in the keen international competition in these respects such as educational information resources, information infrastructure, educational funds investment, educational resource management, teachers' information qualities and so on. |
