| 摘 要： | 对在赣州市抽取的146个样品共137个品种的稻谷进行质量等级研究,结果表明,大部分品种的稻谷质量与国标优质稻谷标准存在一定差距,不同产地的同一品种稻谷质量也不一定相同。而达不到高等级质量要求和同一品种不同产地质量不一致的原因是多方面的。

| Abstract: | A quality rank investigation made on totally 137 or rice breeds of 146 samples drawn from Ganzhou City shows that there is a disparity between the quality of most of the of rice breeds and that of the international superior rice,and that the quality of the same rice breeds from different areas is not the same.The causes of failure to reach the high quality and the different quality within the same rice breeds are various. |
