| 摘 要： | 发展是中国的首要问题，发展观是邓小平理论的重要组成部分，它对于促进改革开放，加快实现现代化具有重要现实指导意义；实现发展必须要积极走进开放的世界，要抓住机遇，要争取较快的速度；社会主义的发展是经济、社会的全面发展，也要实现可持续发展。
