| Abstract: | It describes the trend of the Czech S&T system transition,followed by the explanation of the legal basis for the S&T reform in the new decision-making structure.After a case study of the Grant Agency of Czech Republic(GACR),especially its management system and rules of operation,it reveals some lessons of S&T system reform for transitional countries including China. |
