| Abstract: | In order to reinforce the internet construction in colleges and universities, the questionnaires are given to the 1000 students in 4 grades. The results indicate that the college students hold the rational attitude to surf on line, but there are some deficiencies. Therefore it is important to educate college students pointedly to surf on line. |
