摘    要:西藏高校思想政治理论课教师作为高校思政课教师的一个特殊群体,其专业自主发展总体较好,同时面临一些发展困境,其个体归因主要是理念落后、角色意识模糊、职业倦怠、自身条件制约等,外部归因主要是管理理念尚待更新、体制机制尚需完善、教育科研条件落后和高原自然条件制约等。

Abstract:Being members of a special group in colleges in Xizang,teachers of ideological and political theory courses are doing well in their professional self-directed development,yet they are confronted with some development dilemmas. Individually,the attributions are largely that they lag behind in teaching concepts,have vague role consciousness,job burnout and restriction of their own conditions. While externally,the attributions may be mainly that their management ideas should be updated,the system and mechanism are needed to improve,the conditions of teaching and research are backward and the natural environment in highland is restricted.
