创新人才集聚、产业结构升级与经济增长

创新人才集聚能够带来创新效应和高素质人力资本,促进产业结构转型升级,从而带动经济增长。基于我国2007-2017年省级面板数据,实证检验了创新人才集聚、产业结构升级与经济增长之间关系,研究结果表明:在控制了外商直接投资额、固定资产投资额、人均财政支出等因素以及克服内生性问题之后,创新人才集聚和产业结构升级依然对经济增长具有显著的作用。因此,各地区应当加大创新人才的引进力度,增加政策性投入,促进创新人才有效集聚,同时也应完善产业结构升级的配套措施建设。

Innovative Talent Gathering,Industrial Structure Upgrading and Economic Growth

The agglomeration of innovative talents can bring innovation effect and high-quality human capital,promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,thus driving economic growth.Based on provincial panel data from 2007 to 2017 in China,this paper empirically tests the relationship between the agglomeration of innovative talents,the upgrading of industrial structure and economic growth.The results show that after controlling the amount of foreign direct investment,fixed asset investment,per capita financial expenditure and overcoming the endogenous problems,the agglomeration of innovative talents and the upgrading of industrial structure still play a significant role in economic growth.Therefore,all regions should increase the introduction of innovative talents,increase policy input,and promote the effective agglomeration of innovative talents.Meanwhile,they should also improve the construction of supporting measures for industrial structure upgrading.
