班主任个性化发展的哲学思考

摘    要:所谓个性是指在一定的社会条件和教育影响下形成的一个人的比较固定的特性。不同的班主任有不同的个性。因此班主任应在个性化发展的基础上推动专业化发展。班主任的个性化发展关系到班主任个人的健康发展。关系到学生个性的健康发展,关系到学校教育的蓬勃发展。班主任要善于分析自身的个性资源并进行资源整合,为个性化发展准确定位,走适合自己的个性化发展之路。

Abstract:Individuality refers to a relatively steadfast characteristic formed under some social conditions and influences of education. Individuality differs between form teachers, so they should promote their professional development on the basis of their individualized growth, which is concerned with their own healthy development, their student's individual healthy development, and their school education vibrant development. Therefore, form teachers should be good at analysis and integration of their individuality resources for an accurate orientation of their own individual development.
