大班环境下区分性数学教学初探

摘    要:区分性教学是指教师充分认识学生的差异和需求,考量学生的特质、兴趣、能力、学习准确度、学习风格、思维方式、表达方式及情意需求层次后进行的设计与教学。大班环境下进行区分性数学教学,要区分教学对象,让课堂更具有针对性,并根据教学对象与内容的特点,设定区分性教学目标,让目标更具有实效性。针对不同课型的特点,教学方式也要区分性地使用,从而使课堂更具有灵动性。评价手段的区分性运用,能增强评价的激励效果。

Distinguishable Mathematics Teaching in Numerous Classroom

Abstract:Distinguishable teaching means that teachers have a rill knowledge of students' differences and needs, consider their features, interest, abilities, learning accuracy, learning styles, thinking styles, etc before they make preparations for designing and teaching. In numerous classroom, distinguishable mathematics teaching needs to differentiate students to make teaching more objectdirected, and teachers should set distinguishable teaching goals to make them more effective according to the features of different lessons and teaching styles. Distinguishing application of assessment tactics can better enhance the inspiring effectiveness of evaluation.
