摘    要:和谐教育是一种以“人本”为思想内核,以“和谐”为价值取向,以科学发展观为指导,努力实现教育的普及、公平、优质和高效的教育过程和教育形态。本文从教务管理这一方向入手,阐述了当前教务管理中的不和谐因素及其根源,并就如何构建人本化教务体系提出了几点思考。

Abstract:Harmonious education is a kind of education process and educational form witch with "humanity "as its ideological core, " harmony" as its value orientation ,scientific outlook on development as guidance, and efforts to achieve universal, equitable, high quality and efficient of education. This paper start in the direction of educational administration, describe the current disharmony factors in educational administration and its causes, and on how to build a people-oriented system, the senate put forward some thoughts.
